Professionally, I've dedicated most of my life to teaching in the field of health and wellness. Teaching others the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle is incredibly rewarding. I consider myself a lifelong learner.

In my free time, you can find me trail riding, camping, going on road trips, riding my bike, working out. and exploring new restaurants. I enjoy the thrill of trying new things and embracing the unknown.
